4. Booking Process

- Fill in the driver’s contact details
- Confirm the booking by making a prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total booking amount
After successful booking, the customer will receive a voucher by email with rental instructions and the contact details of the rental company.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been successfully received and a confirmation voucher has been sent to the customer’s email address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and phone number during booking. RosCar Serbia is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect contact details entered by the customer.
6. Payment Terms
To secure a reservation, the customer must pay a booking prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total rental price, depending on the selected offer. The remaining balance is usually paid according to the conditions of the rental provider, either at vehicle pickup or under the supplier’s own payment rules.
The exact payment terms, included services, insurance conditions, and optional extras will be shown during the booking process or in the booking voucher.
7. Rental Providers and Their Conditions
Since RosCar Serbia is an aggregator, each rental provider may apply its own rental rules, driver requirements, fuel policy, mileage conditions, insurance terms, and vehicle collection procedures.
By confirming a booking, the customer also agrees to comply with the terms and requirements of the selected rental company. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the specific rental provider’s rules, the supplier’s operational rental conditions may apply to the actual vehicle rental.
8. Pickup and Delivery
Vehicles may be available for pickup at airports, rental offices, city locations, or hotel delivery points, depending on the selected offer and supplier availability.
The customer must carefully review the pickup instructions stated in the voucher. Some delivery or collection services may require additional charges, which will be indicated in the booking details where applicable.
9. Driver Requirements
The main driver must meet the rental provider’s age, license, and identification requirements. In most cases, the driver must hold a valid driving license and a passport or national ID card.
Some rental companies may require a minimum driving experience or may apply different rules for young or senior drivers. The customer is responsible for checking these conditions before booking.
10. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
RosCar Serbia offers access to special rental options that may allow booking without a deposit and without a credit card. These options are available only for selected vehicles and suppliers.

11. Unlimited Mileage

If unlimited mileage is not included, any mileage limits and extra charges will be stated by the rental provider.
12. Free Cancellation
